The “Litoral" Region, located to the northeast of the Argentine Republic and well known for its red soil, is a small space of real beauty and natural splendor.
This region is characterized by massive-flow rivers and thin streams of water covering and enriching the soil. This is a territory of vast extensions of undisturbed rainforests which allow the development of a lush habitat for a diverse and incredible native fauna like birds, reptiles, and fish. Most of the territory is low and suitable for the formation of marshes. To the south, swamps and hills contribute to the diverse landscape and suggest other type of tourism. To the north, rocky slopes form huge and indescribable waterfalls which violently fall on river beds and mix with the majesty of the rainforests contributing to the growth of different vegetation stratums tangled with creepers, climbers, and epiphytes.
